Sometimes the complexity of a process is so great that we cannot meet all of these assumptions. This is when the time comes for change and the need to answer the question &#8220;Isn&#8217;t the human factor behind the lack of productivity?&#8221;. If, after a longer analysis, we come to the simple conclusion that &#8216;yes&#8217;, we need to check the support options available on the market.
