Dispensing technologies are not only related to the electronics industry, they are not only used for pouring gaskets or gluing selected components. As you can see, dosing technologies are used in many places – even in advertising – how important also today… ????

We would like to present to you our next realisation, which was to make a 3D sticker pouring station. We used our Cartesian robot.

???? A 3D sticker has the chance to be created thanks to the phenomenon of surface tension. This is a physical phenomenon that occurs at the interface between a liquid surface and a solid, for example. In simple terms, the molecules of the liquid are more attracted to each other than to the foreign material, and the result is an accentuation of the shape of the liquid.

Thanks to the surface tension phenomenon, a convex meniscus is formed on the surface of the sticker, thus creating an interesting 3D structure.
