Foam gaskets made of polyurethane or silicone foam (PU/SIL) are flexible, lightweight, and durable sealing elements, most commonly produced using FIPFG (Formed-In-Place Foam Gasket) technology. This method enables the gasket to be formed directly on the component, ensuring excellent fit and optimized production costs.

A machine for applying foam gaskets using FIPFG technology enables process automation, ensuring precise dispensing and eliminating human error. This technology reduces labor intensity, shortens production time, and lowers costs by eliminating the need to manufacture pre-formed gaskets. Additionally, the machine provides full control over application parameters, resulting in higher quality and improved aesthetics of the final products.

Modular exchange tables.

The machine can be equipped with shuttle tables. This solution adapts to production requirements in two ways:

  • continuous operation – the operator loads successive parts while the robot dispenses the gasket inside the machine. This ensures maximum efficiency with no downtime..
  • scalable configuration – individual drawers can be interconnected. Combined working areas create a space that easily accommodates large control panels or housings.
