♦️ We present to you one of our latest realizations. This is a dispensing robot in an abbreviated version, devoid of classic material tanks. The entire process of resin and hardener intake takes place directly from the supplier’s containers. With this solution, the device becomes more compact and saves space, and also has a positive impact on ecology by reducing the amount of packaging generated.
🏁 The target task of the presented dispensing robot will be hermetization of electrotechnical components using an appropriate mixture of resin and hardener. It is worth mentioning that the applied material requires additional heating “on the fly”, which significantly improves the quality of the process. In this case, the heated material better penetrates the target product and cures faster.
📈 An additional functionality that the dispensing robot has been equipped with is a modular arm that allows free movement of the dispensing head.
