🎉Another robot is leaving APCom.

♦️We present to you one of our latest realizations. This is a Cartesian robot, whose task was to dispense in repeated doses of polyurethane flood to encapsulate switches. The robot is one of the components of the production line. Inside it, additional positioning equipment was installed which allowed fully automating the above process.

📈In addition, due to the need to install our device in a production line, where the area around the device was heavily restricted by other equipment, we were forced to change the position and design of the operator panel. In the version presented below, we used a movable side panel suspended from the side profile. Thus, this is another element that allows us to better match the functionality of the product to the user’s expectations.
